There are some current ministry needs that I would like to share with you. Perhaps you will be able to help, or know of someone who can. Please feel free to forward this to others in your circle of friends who might be of help.
We are in immediate need of the portable chairs that fold and carry, you know, like the kind you tote to a concert in the park or ball game. We need 6 of them.
We are currently looking for qualified instructors for first aid, cpr, and lamaze.
We are looking for someone to develop and lead a workshop in how to find good, affordable childcare.
Thank you to all who responded regarding our request for someone to sew window treatments for our Mom Shoppe - this need has been met: Praise the Lord!
Here is what is going on at Lois' Lodge right now... We are currently serving 5 women in our maternity home. In addition to lots of excitement at the Maternity Home, Classes are being offered weekly in the areas of Abstinence, Eat Smart - Move More, Managing Finances, Our identity in Christ and more. These classes are open to our clients as well as women in need in our community and are made possible because of gifted and caring individuals like you! God is also meeting our needs in wonderful ways - through the giving of supplies and time our Mom Shoppe is being given a beautiful coat of paint and Volunteers have helped to clean and maintain our properties. We have also had many material needs met because you respond when we ask for help. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Even when you are unable to help yourselves, THANK YOU for lifting the ministries needs up in prayer. God answers!!!!
