Job Opportunities at Lois' Lodge




Program Coordinator

F/T, salaried, management position with flexible hours.

The Lois' Lodge Program Coordinator will develop programs and work directly with direct care staff to assure that quality services are offered to Lois' Lodge clients through the Lois' Lodge maternity home and our independent living program. Answers directly to Executive Director.

Qualifications:
Evangelical Christian who is in agreement with Lois’ Lodge Statement of Faith. Bachelors degree in Social Work or related field is preferred. Some supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours if needed.

Resident Coordinator

Called of God, committed to serve, willing to work to create a Godly Christian home atmosphere, by providing care for pregnant women in crisis. Firm but loving in relationships, realizing many women will come with problems associated with authority figures and deep hurts. This is a 40 hour/wk. position.

Qualifications:
Agreement with Lois’ Lodge statement of faith;
Committed Christian;
Active in church;
At least 23 years old, with maturity sufficient to assume the responsibilities for women in care;
Good spiritual, physical and emotional health;
Education, training and experience sufficient to equip them for the duties assigned.
